We’ve designed great arrival cards!

now you have to supply us a beautiful picture of your new baby.

Below are some requirements and tips to help create the perfect card.

The best thing to do is supply us a digital photo. If you are unable to

do this you can scan the photo at 300 dpi (high resolution). Save your image as a JPG or TIF. If you don’t own a scanner you can post it to

us and we can scan it for you. (there is a small fee of £5 for scanning).

A 4x6 inch image at 300dpi is preferred, the pixel size on you camera should be at least 1200 x 1600.

Set your camera to auto focus.

Try to put your baby in clothes without patterns or large logos and place them on a plain background, You can always use a plain towel or blanket for them to lay on.

Get as close to your baby as you can, try and fill the screen with as little background as possible.

Try and take the picture after your baby has been fed

(Hopefully we will get some smiles).

Try to use natural light but avoid direct sunlight.

Do not use any special filters on your camera, we can turn your image black & white for you.
